We have some exciting news to share!

Searcy Financial has been named to Inc.’s 2024 Best Workplaces List!

This year’s list includes 535 companies that have redefined what it means to be a great place to work. All honorees have created exceptional workplace cultures that foster employee growth and advancements at all levels – even in the face of adversity.

Why Searcy Financial?

If you’ve worked with us before, you’ve probably experienced first-hand how our team of dedicated financial advisors is deeply committed to helping individuals, families and business owners achieve their dreams no matter where they stand. But this recent honor from Inc. Magazine truly highlights the innerworkings of our firm and how we’ve created a culture of service and helping others.

To get a glimpse into what it’s like to work at Searcy and to understand what fuels our employees to deliver great service, you first have to understand how we work as a team. These are a few highlights that have contributed to our success and why we’re fortunate to be named a best workplace by Inc.

Flexibility is a Priority

Our team members are a remote-capable workforce. We are spread throughout the country with advisors in Kansas, Missouri, Florida, Utah and Arizona and team members in South Carolina and Nebraska as well, allowing our employees the flexibility of working from wherever they call home. With that flexibility comes the added perks of flex time and unlimited PTO but also more freedom to pursue the personal freedom they seek in their lives.

Pursuing Work-Life Harmony

We know the importance of our employees’ health and well-being which is why work-life harmony is a concept we actively and intentionally practice. We make every effort to create balance among habits, expectations, responsibilities and relationships. It gives our employees permission to embrace their personal and professional lives in ways that work best for them.

Continuing Education & Learning

There’s no shortage of learning opportunities when working at Searcy. Whether you’ve been with the company for 10 years or 10 days, there are always ways to embrace education. We are constantly providing valuable resources for our employees, so they can expand their knowledge in the areas of leadership, finance, psychology and personal development.

Creating Opportunities for Others

At Searcy, we’re also passionate about preparing the next generation of financial planners which is why we partner with universities like Utah Valley University, Kansas State University, and University of Missouri Kansas City to offer financial planning internships. Our interns benefit from on-the-job apprentice-style training as well as mentorship by senior leaders. It’s a mutually beneficial relationship that makes us excited about the future of our industry!

With Gratitude

We’ve internally known Searcy Financial to be a firm that prioritizes people first whether it’s with regard to our employees or our clients. To receive a best workplace award for something we’ve cultivated over time is not only an honor but also a testament to the work of our employees. Their time, energy and dedication have long contributed to shaping our culture. Without them, Searcy Financial wouldn’t be what it is today, and for that, we thank them.
