What I Stand For:
I serve the firm as the Chief Operating Officer to guide and support the team’s operations while developing strategies for efficiency and growth for Searcy Financial Services, Inc. I have a passion for helping people flourish and shine in their roles at the firm. I work to foster in an organization the “Get Stuff Done” attitude. Never stop learning something new while working to build a stronger company is a main objective to my work life.
Outside of Work, You’ll Find Me:
A large part of my life and that of my family revolves around sports. Whether I am watching a sporting event live or on TV, it’s always surrounded by my family or watching my family. I love the Kansas City Royals, Arkansas Razorbacks, Kansas Jayhawks and Wichita State Shockers. I have a son who cheers at Wichita State and my husband and oldest son both officiate sports. I also enjoy watching my children perform musically and finding great local music venues. My husband and I also love to host dinners and parties for friends and family.

In the Community:
I enjoy staying involved in our church. I am also involved with The Hope Center KC, a nonprofit youth and community development organization with a vision to develop communities where the vulnerable can have hope and flourish and with New Horizon Ranch, whose mission is to enrich the lives of individuals through equine assisted activities and therapies.
