Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive Administrative Coordinator to support an executive. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of precision and reliability while ensuring smooth operations and collaborative communication within the organization. The Administrative Coordinator will execute these objectives for an executive by managing emails, organizing events and community outreach activities, and researching speaking opportunities. They will handle data management, including entering and maintaining prospect and client information, and manage both personal and professional calendars for an executive. Additionally, the role involves preparing and shipping gifts, coordinating professional development group responsibilities, and producing presentation slides for an executive.

- Ability to learn new software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Friendly and approachable, with a collaborative mindset.
- Some prior experience in a small office environment preferred.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Work Schedule:
- Full-time, in-person position. 30-40 hours per week
- Core working hours: 9:00 am to 3:30 pm. (Flexible for school drop off and pick up.)
- Regular Business Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CT.
- Limited scheduled tasks or events outside regular hours (before 8:00 am or after 5:00 pm).
- Work in the office, but flexible as needed.
