We are honored to be named as a top performing RIA firm across the country according to Charles Schwab’s independent benchmarking study. Our President and CEO, Jessica Kmetty, was asked to present to 1,300 Schwab advisors on best practices for RIA firms during the 2022 RIA Benchmarking Study webcast.
Lisa Salvi, Managing Director with Charles Schwab shared, “The environment of uncertainty meant investors needed advisor guidance more than ever…” We believe this to be true, and strive to communicate with the individuals and families we serve, in ways that fit their communication preferences and schedule, to help them through uncertain times.
Jessica was able to share insights and strategies around the top themes from the study, which included growth, digital adoption and talent. “It was a special honor to be recognized as a top performing RIA firm during a period of world economic instability. We see this as a confirmation that our service offering is strong and helping those we serve,” shared Kmetty.
“The use of digital tools is important to our firm, and we hope to offer and continue growing our offering of tools that best fit our clients’ needs,” said Kmetty. We currently offer virtual meetings, electronic signatures (where applicable), screen-sharing, and online reporting platforms, among other technology solutions.
