What I Stand For:
I work to set our clients on their path toward financial freedom by gathering and analyzing data, preparing financial plans and assisting with plan presentations. I also serve on Searcy's Investment Team, which is responsible for making asset allocation and security selection decisions. I am involved in a variety of different research and analysis efforts, ranging from broad macro-economic topics to individual security selection issues, across different asset classes and markets and reporting those discussion items to the Investment Team.

Outside of Work, You'll Find Me:
I enjoy spending my time with family and friends. You can always find me reading, watching movies, or travelling. I also enjoy nature and photography, so I spend time gardening, bird watching, and walking the arboretum.

In the Media:
Brenda is a co-author of "The Retirement Challenge: A Non-Financial Guide from Top Retirement Experts." The book, which was developed to help people thrive in retirement by addressing non-financial issues, was an Amazon Best Seller in its category and a #1 new release. Brenda was named in the 2023 "Twenty to Know in Financial Services" by the Kansas City Business Journal.
